Sexual health is a vital part of overall well-being, yet it is often one of the most difficult areas to talk about. As a Certified Sex Therapist, I provide a safe and affirming space where clients can explore concerns such as differences in desire, intimacy challenges, or difficulties with arousal and performance. For some, therapy may involve working through shame, guilt, or anxiety around sexuality; for others, it may mean exploring identity, orientation, or kink in a way that feels authentic and empowering. No matter your starting point, sex therapy is a process of building confidence, deepening self-understanding, and creating more fulfilling intimate connections.
Many people seek therapy on their own, whether or not they are in a relationship. Individual sessions provide the opportunity to focus on your personal experiences, challenges, and goals in a private, supportive setting. Clients often come to work through stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem or identity concerns, and changes in relationships or life circumstances. Individual therapy also provides space to heal from past experiences, process grief or trauma, and strengthen your overall sense of wellness. This time is yours- a place to be heard, understood, and supported as you build the tools to move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Every relationship faces challenges, and sometimes it helps to have support in navigating them. I work with couples and partners who want to strengthen their connection, improve communication, and resolve conflict in healthier ways. Relationship therapy can also be a place to heal from betrayal or infidelity, rebuild trust, and rediscover intimacy. Whether you are just beginning your journey together or have built years of history, therapy can provide the structure and guidance to deepen understanding and create lasting change.
Not all relationships follow the same path, and my practice welcomes clients who are navigating polyamorous or consensually non-monogamous (ENM/CNM) partnerships. Therapy in this area often focuses on communication, setting boundaries, addressing jealousy, and finding balance across multiple relationships. For some, it may also involve affirming identity and creating relationship agreements that feel supportive and sustainable. My role is to provide a nonjudgmental, affirming space where all relationship structures are respected and supported, and where you can focus on building harmony, trust, and connection.
I am proud to provide LGBTQ+ affirming therapy that celebrates diversity and supports clients across the spectrum of sexual orientation and gender identity. This includes affirming care for transgender, gender diverse, and gender non-conforming clients. Therapy may involve gender exploration and transition-related support, navigating family or relationship dynamics, or finding strength in the face of stigma and discrimination. Whether you are seeking individual therapy, couples support, or family work, my goal is to create a space where you can bring your whole self to therapy and feel valued, affirmed, and understood.
Families are complex and ever-changing, and they can be both a source of strength and of stress. Family therapy provides the opportunity to build healthier patterns of communication, resolve conflict, and strengthen the bonds that connect you. I also support families navigating life transitions, parenting challenges, or the process of affirming LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse family members. In this space, each voice matters, and together we work toward creating a more supportive, connected, and resilient family system.
